| I have had zero issues with these, and any of the other Mackie products I own. The plastic enclosures scratch up a bit if you're not carefull, and when you prop it up when using it as a monitor, it does put a little added stress on the power cable and xlr going into the back, but if you're smart about it, and watch what you're doing, these will last a good long time. | | Features:
| This speaker has great coverage due to it's use of a wave guide instead of horn loading the hf driver. That makes a big difference on a crowded stage when guitar amps or other musicians are usually drowning everything else out. I do wish the angle was a little greater when sat on it's side, I usually have to prop it up with a direct box to get the proper angle on it. | | Ease of Use:

| I love the sound of these as monitors. I use a DBX Driverack PA with them and wow, they rock. They're crystal clear and the wave guide helps them not get lost in the stage volume. They are not gonna blow you away, they only 195 combined watts RMS, so be smart about it, they have their limits, but when used properly, these are really hard to beat in terms of clarity and coverage. | | Value:
| For the money, there is no better speaker. It's compact, light and has adequate power for use as a stage monitor. The QSC K10 are better speakers, but they cost $200 more, are mush heavier, and are covered in that crappy duratex style finish that looks like garbage after 2-3 uses.
