I can get awesomely beautiful tones out of this amp at any volume level. Even turned down to bedroom level it sounds great. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It really makes a decent guitar sound great and a great guitar awesome. There are easy controls to get a huge array of sounds and the delay is very excellent. The reverb is also good. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? This amp has remarkable tones readily available. It has just incredible tones at hand and is not only the best modeling amp I own, surpassing my Vox VT30 which is no slouch, but it's definitely one of the best amps I own period, if not the best. I have some pretty awesome other amps, so this is saying a lot. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Very nice appearance and quality appointments. It is a good lay out with lots of connectivity. Action How was the action out of the box? This amp responds really well to the guitar, unlike some modeling amps or pedals like the Line Six HD500 that seem to take the guitar out of the picture and do their own thing to the sound and tone. This amp responds to the guitars control knobs and reproduces the sound of the guitar in the process of amplifying its sound in a huge variety of models.
