It has stood up well despite my initial ignorance in not keeping it in the right environment. These are delicate instruments. All guitars need to be stored in 45-50% humidity. How was the action out of the box? Excellent. This D35 is very easy to play. I made no changes except for strings. My preference for strings is Martin M1400 Silk and Steel, .0115-.047.
