| For anyone who changes strings every two to three months, as I do, these strings are a super value. The sound quality is excellent for several months of use, then I change them anyhow. I've never had one break. I buy them by the dozen and share them with the other two guitarists in my band. | |

QUALITY:
I am an extremely aggressive acoustic guitar player. Regardless if I use Martin, Elixir, Daddario or Darco. I seem to break the same amount of strings.. From my perspective, the quality is just as good as others in standing up to my playing.. IN a four hour gig, I usually break at least 2 D's, 1 G, and sometimes a B and High E..

This is the best part of these strings.. From my perspective, I have not found a better deal
SOUND:
The sound is decent. I think others may sound a bit brighter with a little more sustain at first but considering how many I break, I sacrifice a little sound for price..

Two strings per envelope may confuse some but I can handle it.

Sound as good as Martins, of course these are made by Martin.

I change my strings once a week whether they need it or not. I could leave these on longer but I think you should sound your best live so I change 'em. I like the low price, it keeps more of my gig money in my pocket. |
