How has it stood up over time?
Can't say for now 'cause it's only 1 month old. But Martin is known for reliability ! I own another guitar that is now 4 years old and it's still perfect, it even improved over the years !

Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Very fast neck. Great for fingerstyle but also for heavy strumming ! It's hard to push the guitar to its limit ! The controls are very easy to use. Sounds fantastic both acoustically and plugged in.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
very warm and rich sound. Some people compare this guitar to a 814 from Taylor. The 814 is too bight for me. The GPCPA1 gets the legendary Martin tone.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
absolutely astonishing in every angle. Scanning for imperfections was fruitless !
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Some folks would say the action is a little bit too high but I think it was perfect right out of the box because low action limit the playing and the tone.
