I has to had the action lowered at a local shop, but made all the difference in the world. Neck is very comfy, I like the omc body style for comfort too. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? I changed the factory strings to Martins Flex core phosphor/satin string, 11 guage. easier to bend and sounds great. The stock strings are ok, but a little bright for my taste, and not much give in the tension dept. After I put my strings on it, it is so so easy to play. Still getting used to the fishman aura , but that was a main reason I chose this model, I play songwriter showcases, and needed a guitar with flexible sound I can dial in if needed. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The rosewood sides and back are beautiful , I like the satin finish on the rosewood. Spruce top is gloss, looks great too, I was afraid it would be to white looking on top looking at videos, but its not. Looks like the quality guitar it is. Action How was the action out of the box? A little high out of the box, had it adjusted at a local shop.
