Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? The sound quality is great. It could easily beat the competition if only there were good drivers (software) for this product. There is an annoying static when in playback mode for which the makers do not provide any solution yet. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Solid state box with multiple great features in the accompanying software... but the static produced overpowers all of that. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? It appears to be easier to use than many other gadgets out there, but the disturbed quality of the accompanying software makes it the most difficult thing to use. Value Was this item an overall good value? No. What is the worth of a beautiful thing that is unusable? This mess is non-returnable and no company is available to help after it is purchased. Once you buy it, you're stuck with it. Take my word for it. Appearance Appearance Excellent look. Well-designed body.

It was pretty much plug and play, but in order to use both headphone jacks using the same outputs you have to go into the software to change the routing. It can be a little confusing at first. It also didn't come with a thorough manual. I had to look online. Value Was this item an overall good value? A lot of inputs and outputs and great sound for your money. Unlike the mobile pre you can control the monitors and the headphones seperately which this is one of my favorite features. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Very easy to you use, it didn't take me long at all to figure it out. Value Was this item an overall good value? All I have to say is pricematch. Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This unit is very solid and well built. Ideal for carrying it around without worrying about damaging the circuitry. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I bought this unit for use with pro tools m powered. I've also used it with Logic 8 and Presonus Studio one. The convereters on thios unit are clean and clear. The preamps sound very clean, especially when I used my Rode NT1a mic. I had to pull back on the gain.Unit has spdf just in case you want to use an external pream or digital mixer. As far as I'm concerned, these will handle most projects with ease.If you want a versatile machine that can run any software mac or pc, this one is worth a look. I had no problems whatsoever with the drivers or any bugs. It is my go to right now because I don't need more inputs for my home studio.Software instruments play back clean and rich. You can use it as a recorder or a stand alone converter for your analog gear.Great for rock solid midi sync, too. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? I was using this baby right out of the box. The only time I cracked open the manual was to see my routing options. If you want a cross platform pro tools unit that can run pretty much every software out there, this your baby. Value Was this item an overall good value? Great value for what the product can do. I look at how versatile it is and not just locked into pc only, or mac only. There are some pretty expensive mac only units out there that don't have the ins and outs of this unit. Plus, you are limited to what you can use with them. If you have a limited budget and need the use of pro tools, this is your baby. Even if I didn't use pro tools, this would be a value for me because of what I'm able to get out of this unit.If you need more ins and outs, I suggest it's big brother, the profire 2626.
