I'm sure the quality is great... IF you can get it to work! I tried for a month straight and finally gave up and got rid of it!

Ease of Use:
OK, first off, the thing needs to be installed, THEN shut down, THEN connected, Then rebooted, THEN firmware updated... and on and on in such a precise order that isn't really stressed until it's too late, so DEFFINITELY read EVERYTHING you can off the M-Audio user forums BEFORE deciding to buy, I wish I had! I hear once it starts working it's fairly easy... I just don't have the patience
Value:
never got it working, so for me, NO value! 32 x 32 i/o with Pro Tools? KICK xxxx!!! just wish I could get it working...
Appearance:
looks good... in the catalog. looks the same unused on my desk
