Product Review
It is a very capable piece of eqpt. Solidly built and running cool in 1.5 rack spaces. Ive owned 1 usb interface prior to this ( firewire hookup ) and I love all the optional ways to connect and use it. Learning curve was a bit steep at 1st. When I expand studio I will get another.
Nice clean layout...takes a bit of time to commit to mind some of the layers and option settings available.
Versatility...low noise factor....ability to quickly and radically change mixes, inputs and outputs.
VERY happy with it. Will get another.

Product Review
I am never happy when i acquire an expensive component requiring software shipped with the product that is so buggy that it will not install. It is supposed to be compatible with my system but refuses to recognize the key code provided for installation. I sent a tech support request to MOTU but they say it takes up to two business days for a response. Not exactltly what i would call stellar tech support for a brand new product that at the present is little more than a $750 paper weight.
Unusable as the software for it won't install.
The features look great on paper. Too bad they won't work.
Absolutely not! Any other product would be better as long as it works.

This is very well made.... KEEP IT IN YOUR RACK HOWEVER
The onboard DSP Is great..... It allows me to EQ or compress before I even track.... Great for Native systems.....
Its just basic signal flow..... READ THE MANUAL or just play around to configure for your home or patch bay
