Does not come with drywall anchors, but a couple long screws for wood stud. With anchor and better screws it is solid in everyday drywall.
I like the two screws above the weight point.

These are ok, but I wish I got something else.
Nice wood finish, the metal is painted flat black, it's not chrome like you see in the picture.
The hanger fits in a long thick plastic bushing and the whole things slides out, it's not secured to the wood base. I plan to jam it with a thin bookmark, then I can relax.

Very well made, comes with everything needed for hanging in Drywall.
Does well, after hanging, I did a pull test to verify that it would hold my guitar, and it surprised me how much it could withstand

I would purchase this for any other guitars that I would buy in the future that I planned on hanging on the wall.
