Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It is reasonably well made, but a main part came loose and fell off when I examined it. I had to file it and put it back on. The plastic thumb screw was broken. Not On-Stages fault, but when I contacted them for a replacement they sent me the wrong one. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product?
