Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? These are well made, they definately are not going to break or come undone. The spring is very stiff! Reliability How has it stood up over time? I've had them about a month. The screws provided were a little small but longer than the originals in my Dean Vendetta. The screw on the cutaway started to pull out after about a half hour of playing but it was nothing some toothpicks soaked in water jammed in the hole with a little gorilla glue didn't fix. Overall they are pretty good, The one thing I don't like is the knobs are hard to grip and the springs are very stiff, you have to kinda wiggle or position them to get em to slide off.
