Great value, well-built
Features:
Pretty straightforward. At this price it might be an idea to purchase a spare or two to house extra rack gear or mixers.
Ease of Use:
Very simple assembly, obviously. The materials are surprisingly heavy duty and durable.
Overall:
Great price, sturdy, well-built. If only everything was like this...

Very well. As I stated I have only had it for a day - but I have owned a great many racks and I am thinking about buying another one of these, even though I only have about 8 more spaces of gear because you can't beat the price.
Features:
The one and only negative is that this rack is marketed as a 12 space, and while that is true, I had to put my tuner on the bottom because it was nice and shallow - you are NOT going to be able to put anything deep in the bottom two paces.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to assemble and obviously racks gear just like any other rack.
Reliability:
I have only had it for a day - but it seems like it is built like a tank.
Overall:
I love it - I am VERY happy with the construction of this product - VERY sturdy.

A real space saver
Features:
Would be nice to have a tray on top to set up a mixer in a horizontal position... but it won't be hard to make that bracket and I will have one soon.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use and set up ...how could you go wrong...by not having one...does what it is supposed to do and then some. I already mounted a power strip to the bottom base.
Reliability:
Just got it but seeems to be made very well
Overall:
What a deal for the price

Excellent for the money!
Quality:
Surprisingly sturdy and dependable. The fuller they get, the more sturdy as the racked gear bridges the metal pieces.
Features:
As another reviewer pointed out, this should be advertised as 11U or even 10U. The bottom slot is useless, the second to bottom is mostly useless, but the unit is surprisingly sturdy and I don't hesitate to put $30,000 worth of gear between 2 of them.
Comes with screws but no washers.
Ease of Use:
took about 3 minutes to setup..
Reliability:
Time will tell, but I don't see how this is ever going to "stop" working.
Overall:
Overall, it's by far the cheapest solution and it's good enough for me. So much so I bought a second unit.

Great idea, poor execution
Quality:
See comments above.
Features:
This product should rightfully be listed as an 11U rack unit. The side rails slope significantly, making the bottom rack slot almost useless. Even relatively shallow devices like the MOTU 828 (7" deep) touch the floor in the bottom slot. Thus, the bottom slot is only usable for patchbays or 1/3U effects processors like the NanoVerb. The vast majority of rack mount devices I've seen just won't fit.
Even the second slot could potentially be problematic, depending on your gear. My preamp (12" deep) barely fits. If it were even a half inch deeper, it would have to move up to the third slot.
It's a shame. For pennies more per unit, they could have made the thing one inch taller and this wouldn't be an issue... or, better yet, they could have made the verticals... oh, I don't know, vertical.... You really have to wonder what they were thinking.
Ease of Use:
It's a rack.... Not much to say.
Reliability:
Just got it. No idea.
Overall:
There's another hardware flaw, too. The thumb screws that hold the bottom crossbar are too large. The result is that it can be hard to tighten them down in a way that they hold things solidly without also acting like feet and making the thing rock back and forth.
