Quality: It is made of durable material. It has always been proven to be a system that is dependable if you need multiple hand held mics.
Features: It is lightweight considering the batteries. I would change the battery casing.
Ease of Use: Consumers have to realize that if you are going to use more than one NADY mic the best reception is with more than one frequency. The manual was helpful; not user friendly.
Sound: Tone could be better
