Never really purchased a sustain pedal with any thought. Usually just find a cheap one and add to cart and away I go! I Did a little research this time and I'm very please with the weight and study build of the Nektar NP2. Would definitely recommend to any skill level or applications!

Sturdily constructed, very smooth and quiet operation. More than fully meets my expectations. After 6 months of normal to above normal usage, still nice, tight feel to pedal. My only suggestion to make it better - provide some type of anti-slide mechanism. Maybe suction cups and/or Velcro fasteners.
