I needed a controller that would provide the most basic and used functions in Cubase 10.5 Pro that I didn't need to spend hours programming before I could use it. The P4 is probably the best investment in my home studio setup to date. Plugged it in instantly recognized by DAW and it controlled so much that ill probably never program any more functions into it although it has the capability. The keys feel good not the best but certainly give feedback for lighter touch, The pads were stiff at first but after some use are fine. Yep great investment saves so much time using the P4 for controlling DAW and the mouse and keyboard for other function on computer while recording!

I love my panorama p4 it is excellent at both Daw integration and plugin control I have gone through a few controllers in the last few years and this one is by far the best and the most advance Daw controller I have ever used no more time wasted and that's gold in my book.
I had it for about two months now and I even hooked it up to my Maschine and it works perfectly I highly recommend it.

The key bed is really nice. Kind of between semi weighted and synth action. Once the firmware is installed, it auto-detects your DAW. Transports, faders and pads, you rarely need to touch your mouse. I’m still learning everything this beast has to offer.

I haven't heard too much about the Panorama's compatibility with Bitwig Studio. I thought I'd write a short blurb to let anyone know who's considering it - it's hands down the BEST option for getting a handle on Bitwig! I was using M-Audio Axiom (25 and 61) stuff to TRY to tame Bitwig before - the difference is night and day. No more wasted time fighting with a MIDI controller to try to get it to do what I need it to. Once the Panorama drivers are installed - it's simply plug 'n' play. The motorized fader is KILLER in its accuracy. I began my home recording endeavors using Bitwig - figuring since I was new to production, it'd be nice to have a DAW I could grow with. It was a good decision on my part. The P4 takes Bitwig to a whole new level.

Product Review
I was hesitant at first. The price tag for a controller was a bit high and I had never actually seen this in person. So I really did take the reviews on this website as gospel so to speak. And I am so glad that I did.
The controller is sleek, elegant and most importantly WORKS. I have found that other controllers are just not up to par in terms of compatibility with my DAW (Cubase) and I have to map out all of the vsti's everytime I open a new project basically, not with the Nektar. After a small installation glitch (I am running a 64 bit O/S but still running a 32 bit version of Cubase due to plugin / vsti compatibility issues in a 64 bit enviroment) I just had to download the 32 bit version of the .dll and copy/paste into my installed directory and it worked as soon as I fired up Cubase.
My only real complaint is the infinity knobs, when controlling a vsti in most situations is a -127 to +127, but other than that everything else really is fantastic.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
