Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Well enough. The base of the neck does not align evenly with the body on the cutaway side, but it seems solid and should present no problem. Online searches showed that several models, including the expensive ones, show the same alignment flaw.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Unknown, but there's no reason to think it would not last.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
4/5 due to the sharp edges of the frets.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It feels light and comfortable to hold. The neck feels small & fast, more like an electric guitar. The controls are placed near the right shoulder and are not as easy to get to as some acoustic-electric guitars.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Good for finger-picking style but shallow when strumming chords. The pickup also sounds shallow when plugged in. There's too much treble & midrange.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Good.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
very good
