Overall:
I have no problem taking this guitar anywhere. the sound is incredible
Playability and Feel:
This is a keeper. It's easy to play and understand the sound is very responsive to the slightest pressure, allowing for some very soft but present notes.
It's got sexy jazz covered, and then some
Tone:
dark & smooth and the 3 band eq is perfect
Finish:
the finish is great it's a classic keeper
Action:
just right
no need to over play the strings

this instrument seems well made, It is made in China I try to find things not made in China but that is getting diffilcult to do

Overall:
Fun....entry level guitar and it feels like it, but it is fun to play
Playability and Feel:
playability would be better except for the buzzing of the strings open d chord is terrible 2nd fret 1st string is just dead other wise this thing would be great for the price the neck is thin and fast and the action is low,controls are easy to get to and the built in tuner is handy
Tone:
it is bright and snappy and plays well trough my Amp
Finish:
finish is very nice and flashy
Action:
action is low may need to file frets or just return it for another guitar which would be a shame because i do like this guitar

Quality:
Seems to be very strong made. The bracing on the soundboard is a masterpiece. The soundboard itself is very solid. Heavy but not thick neck. Very good action. Great tone
Reliability:
I've only had it a week now but I can say that I love this guitar. Wanted a Gibson but I wouldn't trade this Ovation for anything.
Overall:
Great sound, Great tone, well made and put together and a timeless piece of music history. Ovations are great. I'd but another one and in fact I want a 12 string next. I also own an Ovation electric/acoustic Bass and love it too.
Playability and Feel:
This guitar plays awesome. I love it and I own 8 other guitars and this is becoming my favorite.
Finish:
Had a guy ask me when I pulled it out of the case if it cost me over 1000 dollars. He about flipped when i told him what I payed.
Action:
Close and good. Could be raised just a little but not much. It plays great.
