| Quality:
| The fit and finish on this pedal are flawless: not burrs, rough edges, loose screws. A quick inspection of this pedal shows that it was built to last. |
| Features:
| The powershifter feature really changes the feel of the pedal. There are 3 settings which are clearly indexed and easy to adjust to with the turn of a drum key. Everything is easy to adjust. It played just fine right out of the box. It also includes a really nice drum key. The only complaint I have is that the hoop clamp doesn't open as far as my Yamaha pedal. Normally, this is not a problem, but if you have a rubber hoop protector on your bass drum hoop, you'll have to remove the rubber piece in order to get the pedal to fit onto the hoop. This really isn't a big deal as the rubber hoop protectors are of questionable value to begin with. |

| Overall:
| I've played drums in various gigging bands for a little over 20 years. I needed a second pedal for a practice kit and as an emergency spare pedal for gigs. I wanted something nice, but not too expensive. Compared to my top-of-the-line Yamaha pedal, this pedal is every bit as good and plays just as well. The Pearl P120P is smooth, quiet and sensitive. I am very happy with it. |
| Value:
| I spent a couple weeks researching various pedals including some top-of-the-line models: Yamaha, DW, Pearl, Tama, etc. Personally, I couldn't tell any difference between the $200.00 pedals and this "cheap" $50.00 pedal. Let some other drummer pay the extra $150.00 for some overpriced model. For my money, I'll go with the Pearl P120P. |
| Appearance:
| The pedal looks professional. |

| Quality:
| Very well constructed, will last me for years and years. |
| Features:
| Many adjustable features, easy to use and a wonderful first drum pedal. Having the solid plate instead of bars as a base is great as well. |
| Sound:
| Sounds great, beater that it comes with has a good tone. |
| Overall:
| This is the best bang for your buck on a drum pedal. period. |
| Value:
| This pedal retails for $80-90+ at local music shops, so at this price brand new it's a steal. |
| Appearance:
| Looks professional and durable. |
