Subject:Great Drums for a Great Price!
Quality: I got this Drum Set as a Beginner Set for my 13 yr old son as a Christmas Gift. I was VERY Surprised at how well they are built & how good they sound (Except for the Very Cheap Cymbals)!
Features: I personally having a Future drummer in my househols Love the Practice Heads & Cymbal Mufflers. I also dig how small they set is, but at the same time they deliver BIG sound! Kinda like a jazz Kit or a Great Punk-A-Billy Set!
Sound: The Drums sound GREAT! The Cymbals are Cheap & sound like it! But for the Price this Set CANNOT BE BEAT!
Overall: I am very Happy overall with this Drum Set! My Son is Getting Better & Better & I dont hafta hear him practicing if I dont want to! LOL! Id recommend these Drums to anyone! My Son Loves them Too! I plan on getting him a Double Bass Pedal, another Cymbal Stand w/ Tom Mount, & a set of New Black Cymbals for his Birthday!
Value: The Value is Hecka Rockin'! Plus, we got a Pearl Throne for FREE!!!! That saved me like $50-75!!! Im very Happy with this Product from Pearl Drums!
Appearance: I love the look! The Black is Killer! Everyone thats seen them from my Musician Friends, Bandmates, etc. just Loves this Lil Drum Set! We even used it on a Demo Version of one of my bands tunes!

Subject:This is an amazing drum kit
Quality: This is a VERY well made drum set. The hardwear as I said before is great and the drums look and sound great. I can set this up in 10 min flat and the entire thing fits in the front seat of my car. Awesome. The cymbals are crap, bu if you were a beginner or didn't want to practice with your real cymbals, they are fine frthat
Ease of Use: I had his compleatly put together from the UPS man dropping it off to finish in 20 min. The toms and snare are a breeze to tune, and changing from the live to the mesh heads is a snap
Sound: Pearl makes good drums. I was SO nevous after I placed my order that this would sound like toy. I was happily proven wrong. Every drum sounds amazing and the snare hs a crisp, warm crack that you usually can onlyfind on high end snare drums
Value: The hardwear alone is worth the price. Double braced, heavy duty stands and mounts.
Durability: It is made for moving aound. Very durable

Subject:Great rehearsal and low volume gig kit
Quality: I knew the hardware would be no problem cause it's Pearl but I wasn't sure about the lug casings... after a LOT of gigs on it, it's 100% solid.
Features: Would've like bottom heads but if it increases the price then not a big deal. I was surprised the hardware was double braced for the low price.
Sound: Dude, it is single headed... but I use it for rehearsals and low volume jazz gigs and it is perfect. Even used it on a couple of louder gigs where they were miked up and they sounded killer. I've even used the bass drum mounted upside down on my rack as a gong bass drum when playing the "big boy drums". I don't think anyone would use the cymbals but I use the Pearl ones as stacks inside larger cymbals.
Overall: For the price... the sound and portability are great.
Value: No doubt..
Appearance: Like a black belt... goes with everything!
