Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? The head seems to be made well. It is very heavy and seems to have a great build. The transformers are large and that says something. If I know Peavey its made to last and its made here in the U.S.A. With a great warranty. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Ive owned a little of every thing out there. As of now I own a Mesa Triple Rectifier and I truly like this amp better then my Mesa and it cost much less. I have fell in love so much with this amp that I own two of them. I run them into two EVH 2x12's and I plan on buying two more EVH 2x12s in the near future. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Im not happy with the distortion right of the head, but im never happy with any amp in that way. I push it with with a fuzz box and The tone is just about every thing ive lusted after and its quite. This is the amp that ends all amp for me. Its loose, punchy has a lot of low end, but not boomy. It goes from a dark midrange type sound(think slayer)to bright to deep. I can get Mustaines live tone almost perfect and get other tones also. I don't play clean, cleans, it does not do cleans that well but its works great for a break-up type clean. This amp sounds a lot like a JCM800 and to me it blows most marshals away. Think a hot rodded marshall 800 and Its not fizzy in anyway even with the ruby tubes thats in it. If you like the tone of a marshall JCM800 but don't want to buy a vintage one and in most cases have to change the caps and output transformers then you need this amp. Its new, road worthy has a great warranty and it sounds like an 800 and its made in the U.S.A buy it! H#ll Buy 2.

But this amp seems well made. General Your general opinion of this product. I was pretty impressed with this amp. Normally, I'm not a big fan of Peavey, but this amp sounds great! It sounds like a Marshall and costs considerably less. I don't think you can go wrong for the price. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck?
