Well kept secret 5 years later. Pay attention.

Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
The fit and finish of this bass is great for the $$.
I can't vouch for the materials but I can say after 5 years the original setup still holds. I have never adjusted the truss rod.
I bought the Grind as a backup but, it has become my main bass and, I am about to buy another one.
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
The best thing about this product is the price. Incredible bargain.
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone of this bass is deep and heavy. If you are looking for poppy, bright slap tone look elsewhere or plan on a pickup change. Neck through means deep.
How did the stain or paint job look?
The finish was raw wood. At first I was taken aback but after a little lemon oil I love it. I bought mine when they were still scalloping the horn.
