The grain of the wood really cut through and everything was evenly painted/stained. No imperfections

I found this bass to be exceptionally well made and, at this price point, one of the best feeling and playing six-strings one could purchase. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Best features: Low, buzz-free action. Nice out-of-the-box tone. Quick neck and really great feel. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Overall, at this price point, I think this bass can hold its own against any other manufacturer's bass. The passive electronics may not be to everyone's taste, but playability is brilliant for the cost and the action - once I set it up - really isn't that far off from my main six - a Yamaha TRB Patitucci model. I chose this over Ibanez BTB and SR models, a KSD burner and an MTD. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Overall reasonably good for a passive six. Some of the lows on the B are just a touch muddy however the mids and highs translated well. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish was quality, no flaws or issues were appreciated. Neck-through was well executed, feeling well treated and very smooth.
