How dependable? these bass guitars are nice. i totaly relied on my bxp/ac for almost 9 years befor I bought another bxp. parts are a little hard to get, but they dont break down often. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I would consider putting some cleaner pickups in the body. Sound How is its Tone? the tone is good for the price. also remember the bass is also only as good as the strings that are on it. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? I love the action on both the neck and body. the strings are all right their and smoth. my bxp/ac is a little heavy but it is a great guitar. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? the pickups are a little fuzzy but thats not imposible to clean up. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? I own two peavey millenum bxp's one is red and the other is black. I love the tiger wood look. Action How was the action out of the box? I got my peavey guitars from a shop (new) so I got to look at a lot of other brands. even for the money I got a better guitar. I did have to make one adjustment on the bridge for the d string. no big deal.

I gave it a 5 on everything but the quality, the tuners could be a little better but they work fine. everything else is A-1.All in all for the price you can not go wrong with this bass I was surprised at it with as low as the price is. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? Typical features tone Volume Control that work quite well. Sound How is its Tone? The tone is great. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? This bass plays great the neck does not seem to be as wide as that on most five strings very comfortable to play and neck is fast. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Dial in what you want you have volume and tone nobs. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish is flawless. Action How was the action out of the box? Action was great right out of the box B string needs slight adjustment little buzz other than that action is great.
