What is your overall opinion of this product?
When I opened the packages both that I had ordered were damaged badly. I called AMS and they had no problem sending a prepaid return label, but they had no more in stock. The tech services department was good, but they aren't available on Sunday's. I would have like to receive something for the inconvenience, especially since it will be several weeks before I can receive the second shipment. Luckily I ordered them way before I needed them.
