Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Again, my old Bandit Before it dissapered, was well made comparable to a Glock pistol, takin' a beatin'' and kept on 'lickin.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Mine unfoortunately went missing from our old practice hut. Reliability was very Glock like. Always worked no matterwhat.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
I used to have one back in the 90s. That thing was a beast, even though it was the lower watt version, but took a lot of abuse from being stood on, dropped a few times to having our drummer puke on it.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
To sum up, I'd really like to see Peavey produce a lunch box size Bandit head to plug various speaker/cab options in. A simple, tough as my ex wife's German ankles, exact Bandit head with out all the digital nonsense and effects loop would be awesome.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?

Great Amp!

Great Quality! I wish that the switches up front didn't stick out as far...they seem like something that would be easy to accidentally hit, as well as break off...maybe I'm just being paranoid. That's really the only thing that bothers me.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
If it is anything like the 1985 I played through, it should last forever...

Your general opinion of this product.
I grew up anti Peavey without ever knowing why. After owning a VK212 and LOVING it, I wanted to find another amp with the same awesome sounds without all of the weight and the PITA of replacing tubes all the time. I played through an '85 Bandit and loved it. When it came time to buy a new amp...this one was it.

Wonderful amp. MAde decently well. Mine had a rattling at hi volumes and I had to add weather stripping behind the metal plates.
