Not as good as my tube amps, but surpasses anything else I have played in the $100 range. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The finish is good quality, but there are a couple things that could improve this amp and make it a lot sturdier. The back of the cab is completely open which makes the speaker vulnerable. They just need a panel at the bottom of the back of the cab to fix this and would make less front/top heavy. Also, the pictures show fairly large feet and it has feet on it that you would usually see on an effects pedal. Another thing that would help keep it sturdy. Action How was the action out of the box? The controls all seem sturdy and the lights around them really works a treat. Very easy to know what settings and effects your using, except the Delay and Reverb. It would help to have status lights for whether they are on or off.

I've worked in a few major music stores and am apt at programming multi-effects to sound better than stock.I was amazed what I got out of this amp.Some of the better clean,blues & full out distortion sounds,out of a 15 watt amp with as 8" spk.???
