No latency issues. The light-up Peavey logo is cool.

Set it up with guitar plugged into it, USB to pc and line out jack to studio monitors. Simple setup that worked well until Xport failed.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
Seems like they made this thing as inexpensively as they could, but that didn't stop them from putting a hefty price tag on it for what it is.
Value
Was this item an overall good value?
Lasted 3 hours. You do the math and come to your own conclusion about value.

Inexpensive way to connect to PC software. Comes with Peavey's modeling software free, but their recording software which it SEEMS to include requires additional purchase to activate it. I use the free version of Riffworks so I never bothered.

Only issue was that the included CD does not come preloaded with the 64 bit driver for Windows. After a few unsuccessful attempts, I was able to get the proper driver from Peavey support.
