These are as rugged as can be and light. It sports good quality hinges. I expect them to last years for now. Sound is great, deep and crystal clear. The coiled cord is well engineered. It won't break under normal use, nor unplug when overly extended.

It has pretty much everything you want to look for in a pair of headphones. Folds nicely, detachable cord, large speakers, comfortable padding. The hinges are spring loaded, stay in place when folded, revert back when rotated.

from 1 to 10 its an 8. The Memory Foam is such a plus for long gigs very comfortable. However the head phones are bulky and the padding cover flakes off after a year of use...Very frustrating considering I've never had this problem with Pioneer and the cost of the product is quite high. I expected a flawless product.

This product is the Best of the Best in design with respect to other similar headphones out there. This product is not made with cheap plastic. It is well made with a very durable metal alloy. Very light, strong, not bulky at all and very dependable. What makes me like it the most is the SOUND QUALITY! I have listened to the equivalent Dr Dre Solo or the Pro headphone and trust me, the sound quality isn't different at all. But for the product design and material selection, I will go with the Pioneer HDJ 2000.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
The joint design and isolation is so far the best I have ever seen or tried on. This will not break like others do. It is build to last.

This product is worth every penny. Considering the alloy used for toughness and the sound quality, I think it is even worth more.

The build of this headphone vs. the HDJ1000 is night and day difference. I've actually tried to flex and break mine...on the HDJ1000 I wouldn't try it because just by wearing them, they seem to want to break already.
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
Sound reproduction and build quality are the two greatest features of this headphone. I DJ locally and went from the HDJ1000 to these and everything comes out so much cleaner now.
Ease of Use

Monkeys can learn how to use this product, simple plug and play...what else is there to know?
Value

Yes, this headphone maybe on the steeper side but it is worth every penny. It will last virtually forever if taken care of and will be the only headphone you'll ever need to carry around!
