Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Built like a tank. Have carried it to gigs and rehearsals - no problem. Reliability How has it stood up over time? So far so good General Your general opinion of this product. I have three PRS guitars and decided to buy a PRS amplifier. It is the best in it's class (I'm comparing to the Fender Supersonic and Hughes & Kettner Statesman - both of which I have) Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Easy to use (which is a good thing as there were no instructions in the box) Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Bright on the clean and grungy on the dirty. perfect for blues and classic rock. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? greta Action How was the action out of the box? Played well out of the box. Like the Fender and Hughes & Kettner it required some time to get the right tone on the dirty channel.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Despite my experience with the first one, this is a PRS, and I expect it to last many years! Reliability How has it stood up over time? Here is a kicker; when I got the first amp, it was missing of the two mounting screws that secured the amp chassis to the cabinet. I called AMS, made arrangements to return it, and they sent me a new one while the first one was still enroute back to them. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! General Your general opinion of this product. This amp gets every tone I want in a compact, self-contained format. At first, I was unsure whether it would put out the kind of tone I was used to (I was using an EVH 5150 iii, which also SMOKES, but is big and heavy). However, turning 60 this year (and yes, I still ROCK!!) I was seriously looking for something self-contained that would ease my set-up/tear-down trauma. I have been looking for over two years for a suitable combo replacement, but to no avail. Then I saw some of the NAMM 2011 demos on youtube and was very encouraged! After seeing some demos of this amp, I had to give it a shot, and was not disappointed in any way. There were some adjustments on my part (going from a three-channel to a two-channel amp), but I am relearning to use my volume pot on my guitar to facilitate greater tonal diversity to compensate for the lack of the third channel. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? N/A Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? As previously stated, this amp has killer grail-tone capability. I am still working on getting the killer clean tone I know is in there, but, the lead tone, by itself, is worth the price of the amp. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Very solid and clean construction. The second amp looks and feels like it could survive a dinosaur stomp!! Action How was the action out of the box? N/A
