Product Review I work in a duo gigging regularly. We have 2 K10s for mains. Great sound, accurate with plenty of power to fill large spaces when needed. We have some gigs where we only have space for one, and it gets the job done. I've seen several acts here in the FL Keys who are using the QSCs. Just saw a solo act in a large restaurant in Key West. It was full and noisy. One K10 got his sound all across the seating area. The guy I gig with bought a K8 for his monitor, and loves it. I went for the 10 so I could easily wedge it, and since I play lead acoustic guitar I wanted a bigger woofer in my monitor. Been using QSC products for a long time, beginning when the band I was in bought a stand alone power amp in the early 1980's. Quality.

Your general opinion of this product. Before purchasing the pair of K10's, I have been using one K10 for the past couple of years as a monitor for the full band lead vocalist, and as a main for our acoustic duo. I have been waiting to buy more as finances permit, but I thought I would try the cheaper route by purchasing the EV ZLX's 15's. I used the EV's for 2 sets and packed them back up to ship back the next morning. I knew I should have just ordered the QSC's. So I ate the product return shipping fee and ordered my beloved K10's. These are simply the best on the market. The clarity is unsurpassed. I have been using my previous K10 for the past couple of years 4-6 days a week with a minimum of three (1) hour sets, and as much as six (1) hour sets for days where we doubled up. And this is all on South Padre Island, TX where the salt water is in the air. My K10 has been performing like new; thus, I went ahead and bought two more. Self Explanatory if you ever used power speakers. The "Deep" switch mode, and the "vocal" switch. The Best!!

Your general opinion of this product. Amazing power and clarity in such a small package. I do a single guitar act with backing tracks and these speakers thump. Great build quality. I've pushed to the max and barely got warm. Super easy, great options on the back panel. Power, size and clarity. Treble and bass control. excellent

Innovative, quality, professional, QSC K10!

This product is made with extreme quality and professional features that come together to form a dependable, useful loudspeaker, with many options for installing permenentally, or using for a mobile DJ's PA system. The built in mixing system is BY FAR the best part of this speaker! With the mixer, you can turn vocal and bass boosts, daisy chain a post gain mix out, or a single channel out, and connect your master mixer to your favorite subwoofer, to your K10, and then link to more speakers. The mixer also allows for control of the front led indicator, so you can have it on for power, a signal for when the speaker limits (which is hard to do unless your hell-bent on overpowering the speaker) and turn the led off completely for use in a dark room or home theater where it would be blinding to look at. This product is pretty simple for your average joe to set up for an easy PA at the local middle school, but if you want perfect sound, you will want to read the manual to configure the right settings which will work best for your application. If the next best sounding speaker was made of cheap chocolate, the K10 would be a fountain of blissful, smooth, silky, rich, white chocolate with caramel and melted marshmallow sauce on the side... Haha anyway the k10 really did blow me away with the sound quality, and is GREAT for any application that you need a speaker for. We use them for anything between watching a movie with the volume low, or using them at school rallies for 1500+ people and the volume cranked to the max. Your general opinion of this product. Great addition to my mobile DJ setup, worth every cent, and I am saving up for another!

Feels like a rock. I've only had it a week, and haven't used it under combat conditions yet, but I anticipate no problems. Significantly more bass than my Mackie SRM450's, and 20 pounds lighter. I like the I/O flexibility. I'm a manual guy. Not really needed in this instance. I needed it for a stage monitor for an acoustic guitar and upright bass (both direct), and 3 vocals. It has a phenomenal amount of bass. The K12 was a bit muddy, but the K10 cleans it up. On a pole, midrange is not great and takes a little fooling with, but with the "vocal" boost on, does fine. On the floor as a wedge, it does well without any boost.

Seems to be very well made. Good construction. But I would inverst in the case. I didnt want to spend THAT much for the case but well worth it to protect your investment and $. I like the versatility. can plug 1/4 in, balance, RCA, etc and with a simple flick of switch boost bottm or vocal freeq, or leave flat. Plug it in and get to work. Not complicated at all. ASo far so good. I actually got this instead of getting a keyboard amp. The keyboard amps on the market didnt quite meet my nees. I wanted something portable but wioth good power and someone recommnded QSC K series. Checked out the k8 which is very good but didt have enough bottom for me without a sub. But what a difference jsut 2inches made! The K10 is great. The k12 would be too big for my usage, though all have the smae 1k watt power in them.

So far so good...light weight but solid..would invest in a case or bag as I would with any investment Best in/out options available on any speaker on the market. Not to mention the 1000W of power and don't be fooled this thing rocks in DEEP mode..extraordinary lows.. Plug in..crank up...be amazed Honestly words can't describe my first reaction when I heard these things.. AMAZING!! I was blown away...I've heard the Mackie HD series and JBL 600 series and though these are greatbspeakers... The K Series is just better period.

Power & Amazing Bass in a Small Speaker

Solidly built, and as dependable as any product I've ever used. With the 3 year warranty from the manufacturer you know they stand behind what they sell. Flexibility! This speaker has it all, and the simple diagramming on the speaker makes it easy for even a novice to correctly chain speakers. If you know the difference between LINE and MIC you can work these speakers. This unit has a switch for an extended SUB, or you can use the DEEP Setting and get the most bass from the speaker itself. Unless you want heart pounding bass you won't need an external sub. I love these speakers!

Outstanding quality! The molded plastic has proven to be virtually bombproof, and beats lugging around plywood any day! Has just about every feature the gigging musician or sound guy could want, right down to RCA inputs for quick iPod sound checks and a built-in mic pre for a PA setup even the greenest enthusiast could handle. My only "ease of use" complaint is that it does take a few seconds to "boot up" - between switching it on and getting sound out can take 15-20 seconds (which seems like an eternity with a waiting audience!) With all of the internal digital signal processing this thing has, it's no surprise that it's sound quality shines in any room under any circumstances - bands, DJing, big rooms, small rooms...
