Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Absolutely!
Features
What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could?
Best Feature? If anything, I think it'd be a split between the wheels which are also quite durable and the amount of ventilation that this unit provides with both sides full screen and the top full screen.
Ease of Use
How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be?
The clips are a bit tricky to install and remove (especially once the rack has equipment in it), but the installation itself couldn't be easier!
Sound
How is its Tone?
N/A - BUT, I have NEVER had any issues with this rattling in high-bass environments!
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I've had mine for about 4 years now and used it (transported it) to several gigs. In a studio, the thing should last FOREVER! Being as heavy as it is (especially when multiple amps are installed), transporting it will cause wear & tear, but I'd suspect that the ONLY part of this rack to "fail" would be the casters! This is one tough piece of equipment!
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
Great product and very durable. I just think that they need to redesign the snap-in clips slightly or include some kind of tool. They're quite tricky to install & remove. I recommend stacking EVERYTHING in the rack BEFORE installing a single clip. Once you're satisfied with the configuration and position of all items, THEN install the clips in the corresponding openings!
