This head is built like a tank. I could probably throw it off a cliff, pick it up, plug it in and start riffing like nothing happened. It looks and sounds like it cost me at least 3 times what I actually paid for it.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I've only had this beast for 2 months but so far it's sounds just as good as the day I first plugged it in.

If you're a musician on a budget such as myself then you will appreciate everything this amp can do for you and your crew and whatchu gonna do a woobdeedoo!! Anywho the classic crunch is great for a solid hard rock tone and the modern crunch is full on face melting Metal tone for those who like to blow minds and eat souls. I strongly recommend this amp to those on a budget and for ANYONE looking for a great tube amp and not feel like you were ripped off.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
It's a certified cream dream of tone and heaviness.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
From clean to super mean!! This little guy does it all with time to get lunch.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The blue lights just make it look super classy and more expensive than it actually was.

A badass piece of equipment. I wanted a tube-driven amp, but because I have resumed playing after three years without touching a guitar, I didn't feel justified buying a Marshall JVM series. I couldn't be more pleased. I bought this based on previous experience with Randall, having used Randall, Crate, and Marshall in the past. This thing is capable of fat, ballsy tones a la AC/DC, and can scream enough to punch your balls out of your back with the click of a switch for material like Lamb of God or Machine Head. The separate EQs on each channel allow pretty decent versatility as well.

Clean channel is above average but it can definitely be tweaked. The OD channels offer more than enough gain for anything you need. If this thing doesn't get it done for you, quit playing muddy black metal and seven-string detuned sludge. Or buy a distortion pedal, although you can run an external EQ and scoop the tone for whatever you need. I am playing through high output Seymours Duncans and I don't even crank the gain all the way on either OD channel. Pickups with less heat may require firing the gain higher, but that is all personal preference. If you turn the gain way up, consider a noise gate.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
See above.

Covering is damn good, and the light show when you fire this thing up looks positively wicked.

This product is thick, heavy, and built like a tank. It even looks like it's built for battle with the black chrome lattice in place of a grill cloth. The only reason I gave it a 4 in quality is because the reverb doesn't work on mine. Fortunately, I called Randall and there's a repair shop nearby that will take care of it under the warranty.

I just got this 2 days ago, but as I said, it's made very well. I cannot imagine that it will not stand the test of time.

This amp just drips with cool right from the moment you hook it up. You essentially get 4 different tones with this baby and all 4 are top notch!
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
All the controls are easy to understand and use. Even the Bias adjustment that comes on this baby is easy to understand.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The sound is true American rock and roll, in your face metal, melt your heart (or your face!) tone. With 3 channels to choose from plus the addition of an EQ for every channel AND the Bright switch on Channel 1, there is just endless sound possibilities.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
The finish just looks badass. The blue LED that pops on as soon as you turn the power on just adds more "WOW!"
Action

Perfect.

So far so good on the quality, and I think allot of it has to do with how you treat it. Just because somethings tough doesn't mean dogg it! Love it and it'll last as long as you do.

So far so good, but then too I baby it and treat it like royalty!

Very well put together cosmetically beautiful! The sound is prestine with my Fender Jag. The hide is durable and has that rich soft leather shoe feel, over all it's just an amazing amp period.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Controls are really easy to adjust and set to your agenda. The master control knob affects all settings per channel which is good for me in case I need to turn up or down before or during a performance.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
As far as the tone is concerned you get the controls and the amp spits, cries, purrs and just does the doggone thing!
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Like I said it really does feel like an expensive pair of shoes, jacket, vest or even coat for that matter.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Straight to the point, in your face response is the easiest way to discribe it.
