Quality:
Yes. Someone posted about the manual and I would have to agree. While I didn't put the rails on last I did wait until I had the unit upright before tightening them down.
Features:
The wheels. Makes a difference when you have to move it a few inches or feet to get behind it for wiring.
Ease of Use:
It does what it's supposed to which is secure my gear. I've had no misalignments that I sometimes hear about.

Excellent Build Quality
Quality:
Very Well made and very dependable.
Features:
the best features are its wheels and sturdiness. The only thing I would add to this product is a better manual and rack screws! YOU MUST PURCHASE RACK SCREWS BEFORE BUYING THIS UNIT!
Ease of Use:
manual sux. Build the product putting the screws, top, bottom and sides on first. Then put on the rack rails.
Sound:
No sound. This is furniture!
Reliability:
Only had it for 1 day, but the quality seems excellent
Overall:
Excellent piece of equipment. The only dislike I have is that the Manual sux and is a bit difficult to understand at first. Words of advice: The manual states to put the rails on the sides. I advise you to put them on last. Also, a power drill will make the process go faster and put less strain on your arm. Also, DO NOT FORGET TO BUY RACK SCREWS!
