Th craftsmanship on this is top notch. I have only had it for five months so I can not comment on how dependable it is yet.

Playability and Feel:
Feels very light and comftorable. I have read reviews were people didnt like the neck but I have no issues with it all.
Tone:
I was really surprised by how much you can really get dark to snappy tones. I was expecting straight jangle but I was pleasantly surprised at the guitars wide range.
Action:
Just a tad high for my taste, very easy and quick fix.

This piece will sing when you want, or growl when you need it. Love the RIC-O_SOUND.
Finish:
I ordered a Fire Glow and AMS sent me a Maple Glow by mistake. The maple was awesome and I almost kept it. But every time I picked it up I thought about the Fire Glow. I called AMS and I had the right one in less than a week. Great service!!
Action:
Set up perfectly! Tuned it up and never had to do a thing. Only guitar I've gotten that didn't need a pro set-up.
