Quality:
Use the card for live sound apps so dependable low latency drivers are a must. RME is the definite leader in this area.
Features:
I love that you can use the DigiCheck software and record direct off the inputs while integrated into any software. Also being able to have 3 card (72 channels) on one system is GREAT.

RME is generally more expensive - but its not without added benefits.
