This microphone sounds better than a lot of more expensive microphone. I would recommend this microphone to anyone and everyone , it's smooth on vocals and great on acoustic guitar.

I'm not sure I've ever worked with a more cost effective piece of gear. This thing sounds like a microphone 4 times the cost. Built like a take, performs each and every time you need it, and will make your vocals sound clear, crisp, and solid. 10/10 would recommend this mic.

This is easily the BEST BUY among ALL large diaphragm condensers today. Quieter than some mixing boards, yet with lovely sensitivity and the pleasing, full character you're looking for in an all-around vocal mic. You can't go wrong with this one, it's worth every cent. If you just can't quite afford it, go for the NT1/NT1A!

I cannot understand how this mic gets so little press. It is fabulous. You cannot, I repeat, cannot, touch a mic of this quality for under $1000.
See also Bruce Richardson's review at prorec.com. This is a must have. This mic changed my project studio into a professional (ok, semi-pro) facility. I lend this mic out (to a select few) who have actually gone back and completely re-recorded tracks because of it.
If you have a home/ project studio, look no further.
If you are a professional, listen. Tell me you couldn't use a mic of this caliber in your arsenal.
