Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? I am loving this thing so much! I don't think I have made such a worthwhile instrument purchase before. Ease of Use How user friendly is it? Would it work well for a beginner, intermediate or experienced player? Easy to play out of the box. Tons of features I haven't even explored yet. Sound How is the tone? I like being able to edit, layer and split my sounds so this is fantastic. I like that it's compact. The keys are a good size, but smaller than a lot of keys so making runs is easier. Quality What is your opinion of the quality of this product? How does it work for different genres of music? You could use this keyboard in almost any type of music as it has very realistic sounds and you can edit them to your liking. I use it in a 4 piece band that plays blues, old r&b, classic rock, country and a few newer songs and it is sweet. It could easily be used for other genres. There are some neat, jazzy "live sets" available that are just too cool. Feel How is the feel of the keys? Are the controls laid out well? The keys are great. I usually hate touch sensitivity but not on this thing. Sound switching is very convenient as you can save all the sounds you prefer in the data bank. You can change your sound by simply bumping a knob, but there is a way to use the numeric pad to select a sound as well. Sound How is the sound quality? How does the sound compare to other products you've use? Perfect. It lives up to the Roland name.
it replaced 2 boards I use to have & it's so light but powerful!

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It's light but seems durable, seems well made, and sturdy enough. I am surprised, and pleased. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I had a Motif 7, and a Roland XP30 - This Juno Gi has everything I miss about selling those in one board. Very happy. Add a modulation wheel instead of the lever, so it can be rolled on and left there. That would be great! Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? like others have said, it is very easy to understand the manuel, and the board is pretty self explanitory, if you've plat a synth before. I do like thhe easy access of 'favorites' buttons. Sound How is the tone? Sounds Big, like all Rolands do. rich tones and expressive. Value Was this item an overall good value? Worth it.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Pretty good so far. Always loved Boss and Roland products. It seems strong and fairly durable, definitely not your cheesy department store " toys keyboards". Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? 1300 sounds, onboard effects, 8-track recorder, d-beam, touch sensitive keys, chord and arpeggio modes for all sounds with full sweeping adjustments, basically everything about it. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? Very simple. Turn the tone dial or punch in a number. Hit the split button and layer up to 4 sounds each with its own level. Awesome!!!!The recorder takes a little effort getting set up and tweaking, but not too bad once you get familiar with it. Sound How is the tone? Awesome variety and powerful, rich sounds. Layer and split sound and you can duplicate anything from a 3 piece band to a full symphony. Unbelievable! Value Was this item an overall good value? For what it can do the price is very reasonable. Definitely worth every penny.
Awesome machine!

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Again, the unit is very lightweight, looks unassuming as far as its power, but it is surprisingly well made, compact, and the features allow me to get through teaching songs, recording songs and practicing with no effort at all. I am already thinking about purchasing a second one. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I love the sounds, the recorder and the flashdrive function. The only thing I would add if I could is a 16 track sequencer, but it isn't really necessary if you are already working with another synth or workstation. This machine is a live gigger's dream keyboard. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? I have yet to really get into the owner's manual. I had to look up one or two things to see how to get through a few menu walls, but overall the unit is a breeze to use. I recorded my entire new CD in the Yamaha MO6 and when I got the Juno Gi, I dropped each track into the recorder and was very happy with the results. Now all I have to do is lay the vocals and mix. I also use this unit in Church and it is shall we say, a Godsend. I am able to teach songs to the choir very quickly by sing the USB drive. I simply load the songs and go. No more searching for lost Cds or taking outboard gear like tape players, CD players etc. And the powerful sounds just bring life to what we already do every week. The The manual is well written and the few questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Sound How is the tone? I llike a lot of the sounds. Not really into the pianos, though. Although there are a lot of them, both acoustic and electric, few stand out. But there are many other great sounds, so this is no big deal. I picked one piano and one EP I liked and I use them and ignore the others. Value Was this item an overall good value? This is the best keyboard I have purchased as a pro musician. I like my Yamaha MO6, but it still gives me headaches, so I am happy to have a board that is so user friendly. And I mean user friendly!. I mentioned that I am considering adding a second one to my arsenal just to double up on storage an drecording capacity. I recorded my whole CD to a 2 gig SD card and there is tones of room left on it to do two more CDs. I love this and would recommend it to anyone. Don't believe the negative reviews out there. This keyboard is a beast!
