I just submitted one to you as Bob Bergmann from Jetmore, Kansas
Quality:
For that price, It is more than a beginning guitar player could ask for!
Overall:
Fantastic! Bought guitaar for my grandson. Taught him seven chords in first two days. Silvertone was sold by Sears in the 50's and airline was sold by Montgomery Ward. I owned an Airline.
Playability and Feel:
Fast and Fantstic
Tone:
Fantastic in all respects!
Finish:
As good as my Takamine I just puc hased from you. It was the last black guitar you had.

Simply the Best Deal
Quality:
Excellent workmanship.
Sound:
I am tone deaf but appeared to sound great when my hubby serenaded me once we unpacked it.
Reliability:
Unsure since it is brand new but appears well made.
Overall:
Guitar arrived in record time and was in perfect condition. Very impressed with the package deal and quality of all the items. This is perfect starter package for our grandaughter. Shipping was unbelievably fast! Thank you for the wonderful customer service.
Playability and Feel:
Feels like a guitar. Solid weight. Neck was sturdy.
Finish:
One small, narrow imperfection that was less than 1/2" wide that I am sure no one else will even notice. Maybe it is part of the finish so unsure if it is even an imperfection. Beautiful glossy finish.

Wonderful Package
Quality:
This is a well made item, I gave it away as a gift to a beginning guitar player.
Sound:
It sound so good after I tune it. I played it most of the day.
Overall:
This is just the best deal I've ever got on a guitar package.
Playability and Feel:
good
Finish:
for a scratch and dent this was almost perfect, one scratch, along the edge of course I looked it over real close. there were a few dings in the fret area too, that doesn't effect anything. The person that I gave the guitar too hasn't mentioned it yet.
Action:
It was a little different than my personal guitar, but very good

Amy C from Apple Valley, Ca
Quality:
I think it is a well made guitar.
Sound:
I would have to say it sounds pretty good. I am not a pro but it sounds good to me. I even had someone play it who was a lot more advanced and he said it sounded good.
Reliability:
So far so good. Less than a month of ownership.
Overall:
This package came just the way it was described. It is my first guitar so all I can say is that it is great for a beginner. I could not find any reason it was sold in the scratch and dent section. It is beautiful. I love the black. I have been practicing and it is even soft to the newbie fingertips.
Playability and Feel:
Not chunky at all. It feels easier to play than the other guitar I was practicing on at first. My fingers hurt a lot more with the one I was borrowing.
Tone:
I was told that it sounded good from a more experienced player.
Finish:
Beautiful. You would never know I bought the scratch and dent.

Quality:
I would consider this a superb guitar, in terms of quality, especially in light of it's cost and that is is marketed as a beginner's guitar package.
Sound:
Really haven't checked out the tone, it is a gift, and the strings are wrapped. I want her to take the wraps off.
Reliability:
Scratch & Dent sale, but after a close inspection, I couldn't find anything wrong with the guitar, accessories or the case
Overall:
WONDERFUL, couldn't be better for a first Acoustic Guitar
Playability and Feel:
Gift. . .
Finish:
Finish is perfect for this quality of a guitar
Action:
Again it is a gift and time will tell, but it seems to check out wonderfully

Quality:
For a $100 retail guitar, seems pretty good to me.
Sound:
Sounds good and crisp to me, but I'm a newbie, so take that for what it's worth
Reliability:
I just got it. But, it seems to hold its tuning well. Ie: I don't have to keep retuning.
Overall:
I'm just learning (trying) to play the guitar, so the price was right on this one. As a beginner, I am thoroughly impressed with the guitar. My previous guitar was a 3/4 Holiday guitar, a FleaMarket find for $50 that is literally just pathetic compared to this Silvertone.
Playability and Feel:
For a beginner, it is great. I love that it has little black fret indicators dots on the side of the neck all the way along so that I can look down and have a great reference point.
Tone:
It sounded bright and crisp to me. I like it.
Finish:
Looks good to me. Shiny, bright finish! And, I have to say that I bought the "scratch/dent" model...I have no clue what it is that was scratched or dented. It looks GREAT to me!
Action:
Just needed some tuning.

Quality:
Very well made. I showed my sister the guitar and she loved it so much that she purchased on the following week.
Sound:
This guitar has the most awesome tone. I compared it to my friends very expensive brand guitar and I could not tell the difference in tone.
Reliability:
I only had it for a couple of months, however it seems to be well constructed. I expect many years of service from it.
Overall:
An excellent instrument
Playability and Feel:
The neck is comfortable for hours of playing.
Tone:
Beautiful tone. Crisp.
Finish:
I purchased a 'scratch & dent' unit. The only flaw was three minor surface scratches on the pic guard. I was very pleased with the finish.
Action:
Out of the box, the action and intonation was perfect.
Skill Level:
Intermediate
