Seems to be at first glance.

Amp runs cool but what good will that do you when the warranty expires 2 years earlier than web site says.

I thought it would be with the 3 year warranty but when I opened them up registration card said only 1 year.

The best feature of the amp is the power I didn't think it was going to be so powerful.
