General Your general opinion of this product. Another Excellent product from Schecter! Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? This guitar is definitely well made, the finish is VERY nice, I got the Blue Burst, Love the color. I don't like that I have to remove a screw from the string guide to get at the truss rod cover, but that is a minor inconvenience for sure. I don't like that it has a push pull pot with a 3 way switch, I would rather have had a 5 way switch, but that is just my opinion. Not a real grumble at all. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? It can be either bright or snappy, Dark or smooth. I love the pickups, definitely better than EMG's, I don't much care for EMG Pickups at all. Clean tones is where they excel over active pickups and excellent harmonic overtones for metal as well. I don't particularly care for the single coil mode as it is quite noisey, however, it is a rather nice sounding guitar all around. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The finish on this thing is awesome, no flaws.
Awesome instrument!

General Your general opinion of this product. This guitar is awesome! Well worth the money, especially when it was on sale for $540! The passive pickups sound beautiful. The cleans sound almost as warm as my PRS SE Custom and the distorted end sounds almost as awesome my Damien Elite with EMG 85/81 pickups (without the extreme sensitivity). Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? The craftsmanship is spot on. You can really notice the high quality. It's definitely one of the better South Korean guitars out there. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Nice and chunky! Some reviews mention the jazz pickup being muddled... I really can't tell. The neck pickup can really scream, too. The ability to coil-tap is great as well. This is an extremely versatile guitar! Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The finish was near perfect. A few tiny defects here and there... but hey, almost every guitar has a tiny defect.
