Short of dropping this on the ground, I don't see this bass ever falling apart from use! I would highly recommended buying the fitted case! I like my bass sound meaty (bass and low mids) and my treble clean and clear sounding. I feel this bass delivers this. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? This transparent color looks tons better in person than the website!! I ordered the see through black. Beautiful looking bass!
