It took me a couple of minutes longer to figure this thing out then what they say it would. Maybe 5 minutes, instead of two or three. Once I got past that initial stress called, setup, I haven't had a problem since. I have several wireless units, from Shure, AKG, and earlier Sennheisers. This is the BEST OF THE BUNCH. I took advantage of the battery pack rebate, too. I have yet to receive it (they say 3 weeks). If it lives up to the hype, the best will be even better.

This system is absolutely amazing, you really get what you pay for. The gain is very very good. I usually play in fairly big stages and haven't had any problems with the signal.
