even though I ran into install problems due to my guitar having a small sound hole the overall sound enhancement was pleasing. Once installed I enjoyed the simplistic adjustability of the hieghth of the strings and the overall sound and I enjoy the fact that I can now plug in my favorite acoustic into my tubescreamer and get a little more aggressive bluesy sound. The only thing I would change would be the cord attachment and placement. For the price it is very sensible.

I was using a Dean Markley Pro Mag SC-1 which sounded good, but not good enough for my tastes . I decided to give the Woody a shot and I'm glad that I did. This pickup brings out the true tone and nuances of your guitar without any hum or feedback. Great investment. But then again, it's a Seymour Duncan so what do you expect ?

Wonderful....easy to install, sounds great....not perfect, but you can adjust on your amp. No drilling, or inserting into guitar cavity.....Great product.

I only rated this product a 3 on quality because I have only just got it and used it once. If it continues to perform as it has, then that rating will go up.

Your general opinion of this product.
I was amazed at how good this pick up sounded. I am using it on a $200.00 Ibanez acoustic and it sounds great. Easy to install and remove. For the price, it is WELL worth it.
Had to reverse the way the instructions say to put the pickup in. They say with the cord pointing at the bridge, bottom of the sound hole. It just gets in the way of my right hand. So I reversed it, and the cord comes out by the neck on the top of the sound hole. Works just as well.
The pickup will sound how you shape it. With EQ, or amp settings, or effects pedals, it responds well with all.
Looks like new.
Out of the box, it was as advertised.
