The mics are an easy setup and tear down. Easy to learn and didn't really need manual since I've been playing drums for years. The mics are very playable and as mentioned before, very versatile as well. Sound How is the tone? Love the tone I get from these mics. Takes very little mixing to get the sound I personally like from my drum kit. General Your general opinion of this product. I've never used any mics (vocal or drum) other than Shure mics, and I've been drumming since 1977!
