mics are made very well.however the tom and snare clamps are made of plastic that has to snap onto the drum.

Shure Mics are time tested, I woulldn't buy anything else for live drums. They are all Sturdy, and definitely well made.
Features:
The reduced price in package form, individually these mics would be much more $$.
Ease of Use:
I wish the rim clips were mechanical, they are a softer plastic that just clip on to the rims. The fit is tight, but I am a little worried that over time they will get brittle and break.
Sound:
Out of the box, these mics sound great.
