I've been using this case on and off for a couple of years now, and a couple of times when I needed some help with a part or a repair, they are on top of it. Very helpful, no questions asked. That goes a long way with me. Reliability How has it stood up over time? A little banged up as you might expect from airline travel, but they are ready to make things right if something goes awry.

When I first got the case I was thrilled - seemed sturdy and streamlined and the wheels are useful, tho the flap for the inside compartment was flimsy and obviously done cheaply...then today I was opening the case and one of the latches came completely off in my hand. I've got a phone call into SKB to see what their customer service is like...I was hoping this case could replace my much more expensive Calton case (which has survived 15 years!), but I'm not thrilled that the latch detached so easily. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth?
