skb cases in the past have been great, i've had all kinds of skb cases and racks.. they hold up
Overall:
I've had a couple of these cases over the years. The picture on this site is of the older version before it came with TSA locks and more bumpers, new version is just as robust and still light weight... SKB makes the best cases for the money.. I just got a new Strat and it came with a tweed tolex wooden case, great on looks but twice the weight and not as much cushioning.. i'm buying another and saving the fender tweed case so it'll still be like new if i ever sell the guitar..
