I bout it to have a portable rack being a Mobile DJ and it cut my setup time literally into 35 min. Furman Power, Wireless Mics, Alto Wireless PA, Custom XLR Input & Outputs and a Gemini mixer. Plug power in, make 1 connection and I'm ready to go. Use it for my larger setups.

it seems to be quite solid
i like the fact that it has side locks, good when band goes on a break, i can quickly put the top on. and know when i come back that none of the levels have been tampered with.
i run sound for local bands, i have 3 eq's ,dbx pa+, and a lexicon sig pros and a backup qsc power amp in the top and 4 alasis compressor/limiters in the bottom. why have to bend over to make adjustments when i can look down and do most of my work.

i have it set up in a different way but if i was a dj or small band ,you just cant beat the price,vinyl is final, most wood and particle board are shot in a couple of years

Great product, solid and strong
Tough, light and great features.
Great case, the amount of space is perfect.

The only flaw is that the space on top is too wide. I had to pop the rivets and place a spacer on the two top rails in order to fit my equipment. A quick fix. (Void Warranty)

Basic SKB would expect nothing less. If the handles hold up over the years, would be great
Best feature by far would have to be the top. It is nice to have a top that isn't slanted and squares up so you can load something on top of it on your cart for the load in/out. The side outs for leads are nice but don't use due to making rack outlets.
The slant top rack rails are spaced too far apart. Barely can get rack screws in the mounting screw hole on mixer and controllers exposed. Other than that, nice case, great idea, love the light weight.

Very good quality for the price. It is a decent rack and definitely is a great value
