Test all your cables, cheap
Quality:
The CT2 seems well made and should last quite a long time with reasonable handling. All of the connectors are of good quality and should also last.
Features:
The best feature is all of the types of cable it will test and it also includes probes and a continuity checker, good for checking speakers and even point to pooint checking other circuits like amps (carefully) or internal guitar electronics. The only down side is this unit is a bit bulky and larger than expected and what the heck is a BNC connector on these days, more useful would be an RF cable tester.
Ease of Use:
This is an easy to use cable tester, perhaps it does not have all the bells and whistles of more expensive testers but for most musicians and technicians this should do the trick.
Value:
CT2 offers a broad range of cables to test for the same price as more limited testers, value high.
